"Wonder Woman 2" Now Has An Official Title | Tanya Rad

First photos from 'Wonder Woman 1984' confirm that Chris Pine is returning as Steve Trevor

Did Wonder Woman tap into some of her Greek goddess genetics (let's not forget she's the daughter of Zeus) and use some unknown power to alter reality?

Warner Bros. did not specify how Steve Trevor (who seemingly died in the first film set in World War I) is returning.

Joining Jenkins behind the scenes are several members from her Wonder Woman team including director of photography Matthew Jensen, Oscar-nominated production designer Aline Bonetto (Amélie), and Oscar-winning costume designer Lindy Hemming (Topsy-Turvy). Judging from the pictures, it looks like fans are going to get a lot more of Chris Pine!

But there are definite questions.

Sure Gadot's superhero is an Amazon who lives for thousands of years and ages very slowly.

Jenkins also confirmed the film's title, "Wonder Woman 1984".

What's so weird about Chris Pine showing up in those publicity shots?

This was in spite of the decision of multiple countries including Lebanon and Tunisia to ban the movie because Gal is Israeli and served in her country's military in accordance with the draft. The events of "JL" took place in modern times, yet she was grieving like the pain was still fresh. Or maybe it will go down the route of the "Wonder Woman" TV show and have Pine play the son of Steve Trevor? Any ideas what shenanigans Wonder Woman is up to in 1984? Rumour one is that Cheetah is set to be a villain in the movie. Is this some kind of resurrected Steve, or a younger relative of Steve Trevor, also named Steve Trevor, or some third option? The movie certainly seems to be geared more towards spy activity, since no one in the DC movie universe's present day remembers Wonder Woman running around the '80s. Wonder Woman , on the other hand, was universally loved by critics and fans alike.
