They have been asked to submit their replies within 10 days. While actresses like Kangana Ranaut, Twinkle Khanna and Priyanka Chopra came out in support of her, choreographer Ganesh Acharya and the makers of Horn Ok Please Rakesh Sarang and Samee Siddiqui have rubbished all the allegations.

The commission wrote to the Mumbai police commissioner seeking an update about the progress made in the case after Ms Dutta filed a complaint with the Oshiwara police station on Saturday.

In the same, Tanushree has alleged in her recent complaint of outraging her modesty stating that Nana Patekar had touched her inappropriately and indecently during the shoot of the song.

On Monday, Patekar said the truth about Dutta's allegations against him has not changed even a decade later.

"We have filed a police complaint, they are investigating the matter and tomorrow (Sunday) they have called her (Dutta) for recording her statement", Satpute told PTI.

The media was informed about the cancellation by Nana's son Malhar. As per latest reports, Bollywood sensation Tanushree Dutta stated that she will now take the help of the Maharashtra Women Commission. "Will let you know about the further proceedings soon, regards". Patekar's lawyer had sent a legal notice to Dutta demanding apology.

Ms Dutta had sought the commission's intervention after claiming that Mr Patekar allegedly misbehaved with her on the sets of a film in 2008.

She had also claimed that Nana demanded she should shoot a lewd step with him and when she refused, members of a political party were called who threatened her and vandalised her auto.
